In addition to her on-screen work, Dylan has performed professionally with AD Players and was recently invited to participate in an Equity reading of a new play in New York City—a significant step into the highest level of the theater industry.
She continues to land top-tier auditions and opportunities in both NYC and LA, competing at a professional level with seasoned actors—something that speaks volumes about her training, work ethic, and presence.

Dylan is exactly what Stage Right is built for—students who don’t just love performing, but who are prepared to work professionally and confidently in the industry.

“I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support and training from SRTI. Ms. Winter has helped turn me from a kid who loved performing into a young artist who believes in her dream. I’ll always be thankful that this is where my journey really began.”

About Our Institute
Stage Right is a pre-professional musical theatre training program dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and artistically grounded young performers. Founded by a New York-based actor, director, and producer, the program was created to bring a higher level of training and real industry access to students outside of traditional conservatory settings.
At Stage Right, students work directly with Broadway directors, casting professionals, and industry creatives while also learning the practical tools needed to navigate the industry. From building résumés and headshots to understanding auditions and securing representation, we guide students through both the artistic and professional sides of performing.
With a focus on confidence, individuality, and real-world preparation, Stage Right equips students not only to succeed on stage—but to step into the industry with clarity, knowledge, and purpose.
